"AERO" is one of the first custom lightweight backpacks developed in the lab. The term "AERO," meaning "air" in Chinese, reflects the series' extreme lightweight design. Made with top-tier outdoor fabrics, customers can choose fabrics and colors for each panel, tailoring the backpack to their needs. Each piece is handmade by skilled craftsmen, ensuring a seamless connection between the backpack and real-life usage.

AERO 25/40 uses smoke-free laser cutting for precision and durability, with edge solidification enhancing tear resistance. The design prioritizes comfort and convenience for hiking.
Features a 3D air fiber back pad (C-CORE) for breathability and comfort. The low-friction mesh on the back and shoulder straps reduces wear on waterproof clothing.
Shoulder straps include a load-fastening system to centralize weight and reduce shoulder pressure. Special PE foam offers better softness and durability than EVA or PU. The ROLL TOP main compartment allows quick access, while the large front pocket stores tents, mats, and raincoats. Elastic cords secure items or attach lightweight gear.
The front cross pocket design emphasizes the beauty of lightness and simplicity, and repeatedly adjusts the proportions, sizes, and lines to achieve a better sense of balance. Multiple connection points expand functionality.
Large side pockets fit two 500ml water bottles, with trekking pole attachments. The angled design and elastic cords make accessing and securing gear easy.
Detachable waist belt allows for optional waist straps or bags. The FIDLOCK PLASTIC magnetic chest buckle enables one-handed operation for added convenience.
