STANDARD (LOCAL) DELIVERY TIMINGS

If your order consists of only in-stock item:
Most in-stock items will be dispatch within 48 hours of ordering during business days, however, some orders may take a longer time to process. Should an item be back ordered, or an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.

If your order includes pre-order items:
Your order will be dispatch when your whole order is complete. 
Please email us if you wish to opt for partial shipping of the in-stock items in your order.

Freight Charges & Schedule :

    1. Varies based on location and shipping method. Details will be provided at check-out page after you enter your shipping address.
    2. An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once the order is packed.
    3. Not all items are eligible for overseas shipping.

Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.
