Terms of service
HARDMADE guarantees that products will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"), provided that the product was purchased through our online store. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required. HARDMADE will cover the cost of repairing or replacing any item found to have material or workmanship defects.
This limited warranty does not cover:

- Modified products.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents.
- Natural deterioration of materials over time due to reasonable wear and tear.
For any warranty-related inquiries, please email us with the following details:

- Your name and contact number.
- Description of the defect.
- Photos of the defect (3-5 images taken from different angles).
- Original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please allow us 5 business days to respond.
We will contact you to request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase, or to ask you to send the item to us for evaluation.
Examples of covered defects:

- Sewing/stitching defects, zipper defects, hardware connection defects, and clip defects.
Examples of wear and tear not covered:

- Reasonable wear and tear, such as tearing, breakage, peeling, and fading.
