Refund policy

This policy applies only to orders paid through our website. Our exchange policy is based on the time of receipt in the recipient's region and takes effect from the date of delivery confirmation, with a validity period of 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt, we will not be able to provide exchange services.

The exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

    1. It must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
    2. The original packaging must be intact, with all original labels undamaged. 
    3. The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note:

1. Only full-price items are eligible for exchange.

2. Shipping costs for the return and re-delivery, as well as any potential customs duties, will be borne by you.
